Our Approach
We know that selling a business can be tough, but it doesn’t need to be. We keep things simple and treat people with respect.
Introduction
1-2 weeks
In the introductory phase we focus on getting to know each other and learning about your business.
We discuss your desired transaction outcomes and your short, medium, and long-term goals, as well as your organizational culture. This step is critical in determining if we are a mutual fit.
Letter of Intent
1-2 weeks
We conduct preliminary due diligence on your business to determine a fair value and draft an LOI for your review.
Once signed we enter exclusivity and work to complete the transaction.
Closing
6 weeks
We complete commercial, financial and legal diligence.
We develop a post-closing plan in partnership with key employees to ensure a successful transition.
Finalize all legal documentation, administrative items and transfer funds.
Transition
Flexible
If you choose to sell the business outright, we’ll manage the transition, allowing you to step away and embrace the next chapter of your life. Rest assured, we will take excellent care of your company and its people.
If you decide to partner with us and remain involved, we’ll embark on an exciting journey together to achieve remarkable results.
